Our services are intended for businesses and are subject to successful onboarding, including identity verification and due diligence under our AML, KYC and KYB policies. We may decline, suspend or terminate a relationship where required to manage legal, regulatory or risk considerations.

You must use our website and services lawfully and in accordance with our Acceptable Use Policy. You must not use them to facilitate illegal activity, sanctioned transactions or financial crime.

The Flowa Pay name, brand and site content are owned by FLOWA PAY INC. or its licensors. Third-party marks shown on this site are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

The website is provided "as is" for information. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
