Pricing

Pricing that scales with you.

We price against your actual business: your method mix, your markets, your volumes and your settlement needs. That means a quote rather than a rate card, and a quote we can explain line by line.

Engagement levels

Scope shown is indicative of each level and is confirmed in your order. Capability availability depends on merchant category, jurisdiction, underwriting and the applicable payment or acquiring partner.

What drives cost

Why a quote beats a rate card

A single headline percentage hides the things that actually determine what you pay. These are the variables we work through with you, and the ones a credible quote has to address.

Method mix

A domestic debit card, an international credit card and a bank transfer have materially different underlying costs. Your mix matters more than any single headline rate.

Markets and corridors

Domestic acquiring in a market where you have volume usually costs less and approves better than routing the same transaction cross-border.

Scheme and interchange costs

On card transactions, interchange and scheme fees are set by the networks and passed through. They vary by card product, region and merchant category.

Volume and average value

Per-transaction economics change with both. A high volume of low-value payments is a different commercial shape from a low volume of high-value ones.

Merchant category and risk

Underwriting outcome affects the routes available to you, any reserve, and therefore price. It is assessed per business, not per sector.

Currency and settlement

Settling in a currency other than the one you processed in introduces a conversion step, which is priced and shown as its own line.

Operational scope

Payouts, multiple MIDs, additional entities, custom reporting and solution engineering are scoped and quoted where you need them.

Billing & deductions

Nothing is netted silently

Fees are applied against settlement and itemised on the statement rather than absorbed into a single net figure. Every deduction has a line and a reason, so finance can explain any payout without asking us to reconstruct it.

  • Processing and scheme costs, itemised by category
  • Refunds and chargebacks, linked to the original transaction
  • Currency conversion shown as its own line, with the rate applied
  • Any reserve, where underwriting determines one applies, with holds and releases visible
  • Adjustments categorised and explained, never an unidentified difference

Settlement cycles, reserves and commercial terms are set per merchant and per route. We do not publish fixed terms, because they genuinely differ by business and acquiring route.

Getting a quote

How pricing is agreed

01

Scoping

We go through your markets, method mix, volumes, average transaction value and settlement requirements. Twenty minutes is usually enough to shape a quote.

02

Underwriting

Your business is assessed by us and by the relevant acquiring partners. This determines which routes are available, and therefore what can be priced.

03

Proposal

You receive a written proposal covering pricing, the methods and markets enabled, settlement terms and any conditions attached to approval.

04

Order

The agreed commercial terms are set out in a signed order. Nothing is charged before that, and there is no self-service checkout on this website.

05

Go live

Provisioning, sandbox access, integration support and a named contact through to your first live transaction.

06

Review

Performance and cost are reviewed against the quote on your own traffic, because routing changes and volume growth both move the economics.
